Terms & Privacy

The rules for using Brevlo, placing custom digital design orders, uploading client content, and understanding how Brevlo handles personal information.

Last updated: May 18, 2026

Terms and Conditions

Service scope, payment, delivery, revisions, refunds, content rights, portfolio use, and limits of liability.

01 / Custom Digital Service

Brevlo Media provides custom digital thumbnail design and related creative services based on the brief, references, channel details, brand assets, and order information submitted by the client.

Each standard order covers one custom thumbnail unless a different scope, quantity, package, add-on, or custom agreement is shown during checkout or confirmed in writing by Brevlo.

Brevlo is not a social media platform, advertising network, payment processor, legal advisor, copyright clearance service, or YouTube representative. The service is a creative production service for digital design deliverables.

02 / Eligibility, Accounts, And Accuracy

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent, guardian, or authorized business representative, to place an order or create an account.

You agree to provide accurate name, email, channel, brief, payment, and contact information. Brevlo may rely on the information you provide when assigning designers, sending delivery updates, resolving support tickets, and handling disputes.

You are responsible for keeping account access, order links, email access, and login credentials secure. If you believe an account or order link has been accessed without permission, contact support@brevlomedia.com immediately.

03 / Briefs, References, And Client Content

You are responsible for the brief and all content you submit, including text, screenshots, photos, faces, brand assets, logos, thumbnails, reference images, channel materials, product claims, and links.

By submitting content to Brevlo, you confirm that you own it, have permission to use it, or otherwise have the legal right to provide it for design work. You also confirm that your requested output will not violate copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, platform rules, advertising rules, or applicable laws.

Brevlo may refuse, pause, or cancel requests that appear illegal, infringing, misleading, hateful, adult, exploitative, abusive, deceptive, privacy-invasive, unsafe, or outside the intended scope of the service.

04 / Pricing, Payment, And Order Start

Prices, packages, add-ons, and totals are shown during the order flow or confirmed separately by Brevlo. An order is treated as active only after required payment, payment confirmation, or manual order confirmation is complete.

Unless a page says otherwise, prices cover the specific digital deliverable and selected add-ons only. Source files, layered files, extra thumbnails, extra revisions, alternate concepts, rush fees, or additional formats are not included unless specifically purchased or confirmed by Brevlo.

If a payment is reversed, disputed, flagged as fraudulent, or not received, Brevlo may pause the order, withhold delivery, disable downloads, request verification, or cancel the order.

05 / Delivery Windows And Revisions

Brevlo aims to deliver standard thumbnail orders within the delivery window shown on the site, commonly around 24 hours for launch orders, after the order is placed and the required brief information is available.

Delivery times are targets, not guaranteed deadlines. Delays can happen because of missing information, heavy demand, designer availability, technical outages, payment checks, unclear briefs, file access issues, force majeure events, or revision scope.

Standard orders include two free revision requests focused on the same thumbnail direction. Revisions are meant to refine the original concept, not replace the entire brief with a new concept, new video, new brand direction, or new order scope.

06 / Delivery Acceptance And Final File Usage

Brevlo may deliver work through the website, dashboard, order tracking page, email, download link, or another practical delivery method. You are responsible for downloading and reviewing delivered files promptly.

After full payment and final delivery, you may use the final delivered thumbnail for your own content, channel, brand, and promotion. Source files, layered files, working files, PSD files, unused drafts, internal notes, and production methods are not included unless Brevlo explicitly provides them.

Brevlo may mark an order complete after client acceptance, successful delivery, or a reasonable review period with no response. This does not remove any mandatory rights that cannot legally be waived.

07 / Refunds, Cancellations, And Digital Work

Because Brevlo provides custom digital design work, refunds are not automatic after the order is confirmed, assigned, started, or delivered. This is especially important because time, designer capacity, creative labor, and operational costs are committed early.

If you request cancellation before work starts, Brevlo may, at its discretion, offer a refund, partial refund, credit, or reschedule, subject to payment processor fees and operational costs.

If Brevlo cannot reasonably deliver the ordered service, Brevlo may offer a refund, credit, replacement, or another remedy. Dissatisfaction with a style preference should normally be handled through the included revision process first.

Chargebacks, duplicate disputes, false claims, or abuse of support channels may result in account restrictions, order cancellation, delivery suspension, or evidence submission to payment providers.

08 / Portfolio And Marketing Use

Brevlo may display final delivered work in its portfolio, website, social media, ads, pitch material, or marketing material unless you request confidentiality.

Brevlo will not intentionally publish private briefs, payment details, personal contact information, unpublished sensitive information, or internal client notes as part of portfolio use.

If you need a thumbnail, brand, channel, or campaign to remain private, email support@brevlomedia.com with the order ID and a confidentiality request. Brevlo will make reasonable efforts to honor the request for future public use.

09 / No Performance Guarantee

Brevlo designs thumbnails with attention to clarity, composition, psychology, platform fit, and creator goals. However, Brevlo does not guarantee click-through rate, impressions, views, subscribers, revenue, conversions, rankings, virality, or platform approval.

Actual performance depends on many factors outside Brevlo control, including video idea, title, audience, channel history, upload timing, competition, platform algorithms, traffic source, niche, and creator execution.

10 / Prohibited Requests And Misuse

You may not use Brevlo to request or create content that infringes intellectual property, impersonates people deceptively, exposes private information, promotes illegal activity, harasses individuals, exploits minors, violates platform rules, or makes deceptive claims.

You may not interfere with Brevlo systems, bypass limits, scrape private pages, misuse order links, submit malware, abuse support, spam endpoints, reverse engineer private workflows, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, dashboards, storage, or backend systems.

11 / Service Availability And Liability

Brevlo tries to keep the service reliable, but the site, dashboard, storage, email, payment, and delivery systems may be interrupted by maintenance, provider outages, network issues, security events, or events outside Brevlo control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brevlo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Brevlo total liability for a specific order will not exceed the amount paid to Brevlo for that order, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

12 / Governing Terms, Disputes, And Changes

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Disputes may be handled by courts, payment networks, consumer authorities, arbitral forums, or other authorities with competent jurisdiction over the matter.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights, privacy rights, chargeback rights, or legal protections that cannot be waived by contract.

Brevlo may update these Terms as the service, pricing, providers, legal requirements, or operations change. The latest version posted on this page applies from its listed update date, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
